Yogi Kang
President
Ms. Yogi had her master's degree in early childhood education and attended the University of California Los Angeles, receiving a certificate in Early Childhood Education Advanced Core Program.
​
Ms.Yogi has ten years of combined teaching and management experience from preschool to high school. She successfully founded three Chinese immersion programs and two preschools in Los Angeles.
​
She believes each child is equal in education, a good educational environment can inspire and empower students to become the best themselves to build a better world. Her goal is to serve a high-quality school with a good community of students, teachers, and parents.

Geraldine "GIGI" Ubalde
Head of School
Ms. Geraldine, “Gigi,” is a graduate of Marymount California University where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Human Development and Psychology. The wonderful mentors she met in her college years inspired her to continue her journey through the field of Early Childhood Education. She attended the University of California Los Angeles and received a certificate in Early Childhood Education Administration. Her experience in leadership motivated her to obtain her Master of Science in Education degree with an emphasis on Educational Leadership. In the past several years, Ms. Geraldine has taught various age groups as young as Infants, Toddlers, Preschool, and Kinder up to Middle School, but has ultimately found her passion working with the preschool age years.

Ms. Gigi finds great joy in seeing each child learning and developing new interests and skills through her teachings. She finds the work of an educator very rewarding. She believes in creating new ways for students to enjoy the process of gaining knowledge that caters to all types of learners and their different styles of learning.

In her spare time, Ms. Gigi enjoys spending time with her husband walking outdoors, going to museums, reading, watching movies, and going to Disneyland! Ms. Gigi is a huge fan of style and fashion and loves going to flea markets to find unique clothing. She also loves going on road trips and trying new food at different restaurants and BOBA!

Loria joined Kinderone Preschool as a lead guide in the Scissors classroom.

Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) Primary diploma
Before joining our family, Loria taught Mandarin to preschoolers and college students. She then received her Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) Primary diploma from the Montessori Institute of San Diego.
“The child is born with many potentialities” is one of her favorite quotes from Dr. Montessori. Aside from her passion for teaching young children, Loria likes doing hot yoga and cooking.
Prema Ramakrishnan

Paper Class Primary Guide
Prema Ramakrishnan holds M.A. and M.Phil. degrees in English Literature from India, where she spent 12 years teaching English at the college level.
​
Upon moving to the United States, she obtained a certification in Montessori Methodology from UCI Extension. This certification led her to a 13-year tenure as a lead teacher at a Montessori school in Cerritos, CA.
Her responsibilities grew to include directing the Montessori program and an Afterschool program for children aged 4 to 12, granting her valuable insights into the public school curriculum and common core standards.

Driven by a passion for teaching, deep respect for the Montessori Method, and profound love for children, Ramakrishnan has dedicated her career to education. In her leisure time, she enjoys gardening and keeping up with the latest educational innovations. She looks forward to the opportunity to support and inspire children in their educational journey.
